Thank you for your request to the Prime Minister of 24 September 2024 requesting the
following information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act):
I am requesting information on the number of days a week you have worked in your
Parliamentary or Electoral offices since becoming Prime Minister. Please note in the
response where there are days in the week that you have been travelling.
Please note the same request is being made of Nicola Willis, and Chris Bishop
I accepted a partial transfer of the above on 2 October 2024.

Accordingly, I have refused your request for the documents listed in the above table under
section 18(d) of the Act – as the information requested is or will soon be publicly available.
Please note when I spend time in my electorate, I am acting in my capacity as a local
Member of Parliament. Members of Parliament are not subject to the Official Information Act.
Section 2 of the Act defines the type of information that is considered official information.
You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to investigate and review my decision under
section 28(3) of the Act.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review of our response by the Ombudsman,
in accordance with section 28(3) of the Act. The relevant details can be found on the
