Request for information: Continuous Glucose Monitoring Devices
Thank you for your request dated 26 September 2024 under the Official Information Act 1982
(OIA) for information relating to meetings and decisions regarding continuous glucose
monitors. Your request was clarified on 1 October 2024 to include the following information:

pumps and insulin pump consumables

Please find attached some file notes between Pharmac and Diabetes New Zealand. Some
information has been withheld under section 9(2)(b)(i ) of the OIA, to protect the commercial
position of the person who supplied the information, or who is the subject of the information.

within scope of your request, is publicly available
on Pharmac’s website. As such, this part of
your request is refused under section 18(d) of the OIA, as the information requested is
