Hi 9(

I hope you’re doing well.

I have just been doing a final audit of my guest list for Saturday and my stomach just dropped as I realise that I actually still
have the Minister as an outstanding guest, with his final details unconfirmed. I’ve scrolled back through emails but can’t find a
response from you regarding the below, I’m so sorry if I’ve deleted something by accident!
Not to worry though, we still have time to get this one sorted for you, and we are very much looking forward to seeing the
1982
Minister on Saturday.

If you wouldn’t mind sending through the responses to the questions below that would be great, and I can get the VIP passes
over to Parliament tomorrow (9(2)(a)
so can whip by and drop these off) if that would work best?
Act

And just a note with regards to the Prime Minister, his planned arrival time is 6:10pm in case Minister Bishope would like to
coordinate those times.

Many thanks

Hi 9(

Just looping back on this as we get closer to the match, it would be wonderful to confirm a couple of things regarding the
Minister’s attendance, if that’s ok? I’ve also attached the event info sheet, let me know if there is any information beyond this
that he might require, or if there’s any briefing documentation I can fill out for you.

The questions I had for you were:
Official
Do you happen to have the name of the Minister’s guest yet? No problem if not, but the VIP passes are generally named
so it would be great to get these printed now
Will the Minister require a carparking pass at the stadium?
the
Do you have an approximate arrival time? I haven’t got a time just yet from the Prime Minister’s office, but I expect that
it would be roughly about 6pm. There is a curtain raiser match which is likely to finish at about 5:50pm, and our
formalities (just one short speech by an NZR rep) are usually at approx. 6:25pm, so somewhere in that window would be
great
And finally, could you please let me know the best way to get the 2x VIP passes to you for the Minister? They are a
physical lanyard, so a courier would be best if that suits you?

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Many thanks

Hi 9(

Information
Thanks for getting in touch, and that’s no problem at all – we would be delighted to have Minister Bishop join us on 28
September. I’m pretty focused on the next two matches (10 and 17 August) at the moment, so please let me know if there’s
any information for the match that you require over the next 3 weeks, otherwise I will send everything through to you later on
in August. If the Minister has a preferred briefing sheet template then please do send that across and I’ll get working on that
too.

Many thanks

Minister Bishop is now available on 28 September for the Wellington test.  Is there anyway he could be
accommodated?  Sorry, I realise you needed to know ages ago.

Morning 9(2)

Nothing confirmed yet sorry.

I am hopeful he might be able to make the 13 July Game at Eden Park as he may have something in Auckland the following
day.  I will let you know as soon as I can get confirmation.

The Wellington games would generally be the best option 9(2)(a)
, however he is unfortunately away in Europe for the August 10 game and has another event on 28 September.

I’ll keep you posted, as I know he would really like to attend a Game.

Planning is well underway for the remaining Tests and we would of course be delighted to host the Minister if possible. We do
appreciate he has a very busy schedule

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind regards
