Council) requesting the following information:

Your request has been considered under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 
1987 (LGOIMA). Wellington City Council has granted your request, some information has been 
redacted under section 7(2)(a) of the LGOIMA, to protect the privacy of natural persons, including that 
of deceased natural persons.  
 
However, it will take us a little more time to prepare the information for release. I hope to provide you 
with a response by 6 December 2024, if not sooner. 
 
You have the right, by way of complaint under section 28(1) of the LGOIMA, to request an 
investigation and review of the Council’s decision to withhold information by the Ombudsman.
