In response to your quesfions listed below:
Please advise when you are going to start (i.e. not in the two year fime period)
SIRRL requires a Resource Consent before it can commence construcfion, meanwhile preparafions are underway to 
commence construcfion s 9(2)(b)(ii)  upon receiving a Resource Consent.
Please clarify if S&P agreement is uncondifional and if you own the land. 
The S&P is subject to approval from the Overseas Investment Office (OIO) and a Resource Consent being 
granted.  SIRRL has been given approval to purchase the land from the OIO, the lefter of confirmafion included the 
following statement - The transacfion is not contrary to New Zealand’s nafional interest .
Once a Resource Consent is granted the S&P becomes uncondifional and SIRRL has to seftle the land purchase
