We refer to your Official Information Act request of 22 October 2024 regarding the Eyes On
programme.

You request:
Please provide the latest reporting and the copy of the agreements that have been
forwarded to the privacy commissioner pertaining the information sharing and matching
relating to Eyes On programme.
Also please share the advice and latest review provided to either Wellington City Council,
NZ Police and First Retail Group pertaining to the programme.
Your request is declined under section 18(e) of the Official Information Act on the basis that
we do not hold the information you have requested.
I note that you have also made fyi OIA requests to NZ Police
2 and to Wellington City Council

requesting information about the Eyes On programme.
If you are not satisfied with my response to your request, under section 28 of the Official
Information Act 1982 you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to investigate and review my
decision on your request however we would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you
first.
