Thank you for your email of 24 October 2024 in which you request the following under
the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA):
1. List of the entire delegation accompanying Chinese prime minister Li Qiang
including support staff on his trip to New Zealand in June 2024. Only peoples job
titles if you plan to exclude names.
2. List of the entire delegation accompanying the President of india including support
staff on her trip to New Zealand in August 2024. Only peoples job titles if you
plan to exclude names.
In response to part 1 of your request we refer you to your 18 July 2024 request
(reference number OIA 29539) for the same information. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs
and Trade’s (the Ministry) responded to this request on 12 August 2024.
Regarding part 2 of your request for a list of the entire delegation accompanying the
President of India, including support staff, on her trip to New Zealand in August 2024.
The Indian President was accompanied by a delegation of around 150 individuals. A full
list of the delegation is withheld under the following section of the OIA:

6(a): to avoid prejudicing the security or defence of New Zealand or the
international relations of the New Zealand Government.
The accompanying Ministers and senior officials are outlined in the table below. Some
names have been withheld under the aforementioned OIA sections.
