Please find attached to this letter as Appendix 01 a table with quotes for each bathroom. Please see 
the following notes on this information: 
 
•  Some toilets are brand new buildings, and others are a reconstruction in an existing building.  
•  Some of the quotes for these projects were part of other project / tender schedules, therefore 
it is dif icult to separate out all costs completely.  
•  Contract variations, additional cost of services, connections, provision sums etc, consultant 
costs and consenting costs are on top of the quoted build cost.
