the Minister of Finance on 4 November 2024. You requested the following: 
 
From the current and previous financial years please provide the reporting on 
current and previous actual reported financial expenditure by Treasury with 
Compass Group NZ Ltd. 
 
Also please disclose the number of current contracts with Treasury and their total 
aggregate worth with Compass Group NZ Ltd. 
 
Information not held 
 
I have searched all available records and have not located any information within the 
scope of your request.  Treasury has not incurred any expenditure with Compass 
Group NZ Ltd.  Therefore, your request for the above information is refused under 
section 18(e) of the Official Information Act – the document alleged to contain the 
information requested does not exist or cannot be found.
