“…any communications via any medium from October 2024 between your office, your staff 
members employed by Ministerial Services, and the following individuals: Kerry Prendergast, 
Neil Paviour-Smith, Patsy Reddy, Therese Walsh, and Fran Wilde.”

Appendix A below contains a list of all the communications I received from the individuals 
you have listed within the timeframe provided.  The communications I received were in the 
form of text messages. Some information is withheld under section 9(2)(a) of the Act to 
protect the privacy of natural persons. 
Public interest considerations 
As is required by section 9(1) of the Act, I have given consideration to whether the 
withholding of information is outweighed by other public interest considerations which would 
make it desirable to make this information available. In this instance I do not consider this to 
be the case.
