Thank you for your email of 4 November 2024 requesting the following information under the
Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act):
all emails, text messages, and Teams messages sent or received by the Ministry's Office of
the Chief Executive that include the phrase 'social housing' during the period from
November 20, 2023, to December 22, 2023
Three emails have been found to be within scope of your request and are being released to you.
Some information has been withheld under section9(2)(a) of the Act,
to protect the privacy of
natural persons.
The documents are outlined in the Annex A and provided to you below.

In terms of section 9(1) of the Act, I am satisfied that, in the circumstances, the decision to withhold
information under section 9 of the Act is not outweighed by other considerations that render it
desirable to make the information available in the public interest.

The body of the paper doesn’t have any immediate housing decisions, but there is an annex which contains a full list of all 100 day actions along with
