I refer to your email of 4 November 2024 to the Minister of Education, Hon Erica Stanford, 
requesting the following information: 
Can you please confirm whether any University (since 2021) has presented notice to 
the Minister, any former Minister, and/or the Ministry under section 268(5) of the 
Education and Training Act 2020? 
Your request was transferred to my office on 7 November 2024, and has been considered 
under the Official Information Act 1982.  
I can confirm that no universities have presented notice to me, previous Ministers, the 
Tertiary Education Commission, or the Ministry of Education under section 268(5) of the 
Education and Training Act 2020 since 2021.
