Thank you for your email of 18 November 2024 to Te Kaunihera o Pōneke | Wellington City Council 
(the Council) requesting the following information: 
 
1.  Can you please provide the full 2024 residents monitoring survey report, including any raw 
electronic data from the survey if available? 
2.  I'm also requesting all internal communications about the production, results and public 
release of the 2024 report.  This includes any communications about: 
-  the drafting and approval of the report and any media releases made 
-  the process for releasing & communicating the findings of the report, 
-  the apparent decision to only release a summary of the report     
 
 
Your request has been considered under the Local Government Of icial Information and Meetings Act 
1987 (LGOIMA). 
 
Wellington City Council has approved your request however, it will take a little more time to prepare 
the information for release. I hope to provide you with a response by 4 February 2025, if not sooner.
