Thank you for your Of icial Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 23 November 2024 in 
which you sought: 
•  media strategies and communications plans that address the implementation and 
policing of the Gangs Act 2024. 
•  a list of interviews conducted by the Minister on the Gangs Act from 16-23 November 
2024 (excluding the Caucus run and any interviews on the Black and White tiles). 
 
There are no media strategies and communications plans that address the implementation 
and policing of the Gangs Act 2024. Therefore, this part of your request is refused under 
section 18(e) of the OIA as the information requested does not exist or despite reasonable 
efforts to locate it, cannot be found. 
Information relating to interviews conducted during 16-23 November 2024 wil  soon be 
publicly available through my proactive diary release. Therefore, this part of your request is 
reused under section 18(d) of the OIA as the information requested will soon be publicly
