I refer to your request received on 29 November 2024, which has been considered 
under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA). You requested a copy of Te Ara Reo, 
the Ministry’s Māori language plan. 
 
I have decided to release the plan, subject to individual names and the staff 
photograph on page 14 being withheld under section 9(2)(a) of the OIA, to protect 
the privacy of natural persons. Please find the document attached.
