Thanks for your email. It’s been a tough season here given the poor snowfall, but we’ve made the best of it and are happy to report are still enjoying the positive support and
gratitude of the local community and skiing public.

On the drawdowns, we are at this stage still anticipating a December drawdown and will provide detailed financials around this next month once the final ski season financial wrap
up is completed.

As you are aware, the operating season on Mt Ruapehu has been particularly difficult given the weather conditions and 
continued challenges relating to the lack of snow fall in season 2024 impacting the businesses skier day performance. At

 I can confirm that PTL remains with the appointed three directors for the interim period and a 
positive monthly rhythm of current board meetings has been established.

are kept up to date with respect to the business performance.
