18 December 2024 requesting a list of all staff and their
job titles who have had a credit card assigned to them or their role and copies of those
credit card statements for the past seven years.
We have considered your request under the Official Information Act 1982.
We are currently considering your request under the Official Information Act 1982 and
the Privacy Act 2020. We require an extension to respond to your request, as the
request is for a large quantity of information and the consultations necessary to make
a decision on your request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably be
made within the original time limit. We anticipate that your request will be processed
by
14 February 2025.
For the avoidance of doubt, this extension is made pursuant to section 15A of the
Official Information Act and section 48 of the Privacy Act, and extends the time limits
specified in sections 14 and 15 of the Official Information Act and sections 43 and 44
of the Privacy Act.
You may seek a review of this decision from the Office of the Ombudsman or the
Privacy Commissioner.
