Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request received on 28 December 2024. You 
requested: 
Please advise how many specific queries/complaints/issues were filed through your website's 
"Have you got a red tape issue you want to tell us about?" since it began, and how many, if 
any, others have been received by the agency through other channels, and if so, what 
channels. 
Information released 
As at 28 January 2025, 491 submissions have been received via the red tape online portal since its 
launch on 19 November 2024, and 57 submissions have been received by the Ministry via other 
channels (email).
