I have investigated this job logged as a home occupation. This is not a home occupation as the
property owner is using public place to display old fishing boat and old parts on a trailer. He has
been using council berm/road reserve and partly obstructing footpath to display his goods. See
photograph attached. I have spoken with Jacinta – Regional Compliance Team and told me to
have this job logged to her. She will have a look and refer this to street trading team for further
investigation if unresolved. Can you close this job on GEOOPS and update SAP.
