fol owing information under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA): 
 
•  Hi, I'm inquiring about FENZ's use of the Hazmat Command Vehicle on 14 August 2024 
between the time of around 8:30pm to 10:00pm in Waiuku, South Auckland. As a New 
Zealand citizen I'm requesting: 
 
1.  An incident report of the emergency this vehicle was responding to in this location, in the 
time frame stated above. 
 
2.  The radio communications that were made to and from this vehicle during the same time 
frame. 
 
We wrote to you on 22 January 2025, advising we were unable to iden�fy the incident you asked 
about and requested further details. Thank you for confirming the address as Bay View Drive, 
Waiuku. We have undertaken a thorough search of our incident records and we have not iden�fied 
an incident on Bay View Drive, Waiuku on 14 August 2024. For this reason, we are refusing your 
request under sec�on 18(e) of the OIA, as the document alleged to contain the informa�on 
requested does not exist or, despite reasonable efforts to locate it, cannot be found.
