Auror have responded below to our notice of proposed decision. I don’t believe that the change
they have requested of the word “theft” being replaced by “non-payment” has any change on
the meaning of the purpose as a whole, so I have adjusted this in the final decision documents
attached for your sign off.
Thank you
Kind regards

Thanks very much for sending through the draft decision.
We'd like to run a couple of minor changes by you please:
Purpose:
ACT 1982
"...where Auror Limited has entered into a contract with the fuel supplier instructing them to
instructing them to investigate fuel theft non-payment at a service station."
The removal of "theft" better encapsulates the desire of our Fuel suppliers to not presume
criminal intent as well as the types of events that result in non-payment at service stations.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
Kind regards
