Re: Community occupancy leases 
 
 
Thank you for your email dated 14 February 2025, in which you requested information relating 
to community occupancy in Auckland Council owned properties. The specific details of your 
request and our response are below. 
 
I am requesting a list of organisations and groups that currently have in place 
community occupancy leases for Auckland Council owned properties. 
 
Where possible, can you please list the organisation/group name, property 
address/location, length of lease term, and lease annual dollar amount. 
 
Please refer to the attached list of community leases in Auckland Council owned buildings as 
of 21st February 2025. 
 
The decision by Auckland Council to release the information contained in this response was 
made by Taryn Crewe, General Manager - Parks and Community Facilities.
