As advised, we have also recently undertaken the Organisational Health Index (OHI) survey, which wil  assist with understanding leadership 
and cultural elements needed to build a high performing organisation. As shared with you this week, we are currently analysing the themes and 
results of the OHI survey and wil  provide more detailed information in the new year.
