Official Information Act request relating to workplace bullying and/or sexual 
harassment at the Waitangi Tribunal since 2016 
 
Thank you for your request made under the Official Information Act (the Act), received on 24 
February 2025. You requested: 
 
“Please supply all information relating to the issues of either workplace bullying and/or sexual 
harassment at the Waitangi Tribunal since 2016.” 
 
I believe the information you have requested is more closely connected to the functions of 
the Ministry of Justice (MOJ). Accordingly, I have decided to transfer your request to MOJ 
under section 14(b)(ii) of the Act.  
 
MOJ has the usual timeframes under the Act from receipt of this transfer to make a decision
