Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) on 1 March 
2025 to the Minister of Health,  Hon Simeon Brown. 
You requested: 
"1. A list of all meetings you have attended with Health New Zealand officials from 
the date you assumed office to the present. 
2. Copies of any meeting notes, minutes,  or summaries from these meetings,
including any briefing documents prepared.
3. Copies of any emails,  letters, or reports exchanged between yourself and Health
New Zealand officials since you took office.
4. A list of all parliamentary questions directed to you as Minister of Health, including
whether they have been answered and, if not,  when a response is expected.
5. A copy of your ministerial calendar from the date you took office to the present,
specifically noting past and upcoming meetings with Health New Zealand officials.
6. A summary of any planned meetings or visits related to Health New Zealand over
the next three months."
We emailed you on 12 March to advise that parts of your request were for a large amount of 
information, and, without refinement, section 18(f) of the Act may apply as it would require 
substantial  collation and research to respond to.
