Re: Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei developments
Thank you for your email dated 31 March 2025, where you requested all consent
information for consent details for Marsden St, Hauraki as well as Jutland Rd,
Hauraki, including any correspondence in relation to gift of land to Hauraki Primary
School.
Please find
attached information pertaining to your request
Our Premium Resource Consents department have provided the
following information:
- All application documents relating to the consent application for Whai Rawa
Development LP at 1 Marsden Street, for construction and subdivision of 61
dwellings and associated earthworks, construction works and landscaping. The
application is still being processed, and a decision has yet to be reached.
We have not been able to find any details relating to land gifts or purchase
agreements for the addresses identified as 90 & 92 Jutland Road. We believe this
part of your request is more closely related to the functions of the Ministry of
Education and you should contact them for information in relation to gift of land to
Hauraki Primary School.
Decisions relating to the information that is being released to you were made by
