INFORMATION REQUEST
On 14 March 2025 you asked for information about the Waterfront Central Plaza. Here is our
response to your questions:
1.  A full of breakdown of costs involved in the tender process (including any RPF,
RFI etc) for design and construction of waterfront plaza since the newly elected
council took office? (only costs incurred as a result of work undertaken post
commission)
Total cost related to the Waterfront Central Plaza from August 2024 to February 2025
is $224,509.21. This can be broken down as follows:
•
Design costs: $170,343.26
•
Internal costs: $45,460.93
•
Site works: $8,705.02
