Thank you for your request for information held by the Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC). On 
20  March  2025  you  requested  the  following  information  under  the  Local  Government  Official 
Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA): 
 
•  For the QLDC infrastructure project delivered by QLDC Alliance Kā Huanui a Tāhuna, please 
provide the following information for the projects delivered by the Alliance to date:

QLDC RESPONSE 
 
Extension of time required to respond 
 
The Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 requires that we advise you of our 
decision  on  your  request  no  later  than  20  working  days  after  the  day  we  received  your  request.  
Unfortunately, we are unable to meet that time limit for your request and we are therefore writing to 
notify you of an extension of the time to respond to 15 May 2025. 
This extension is necessary for the following reasons:   
•  Your request is for a large quantity of official information and meeting the original time limit 
would unreasonably interfere with our operations. 
•  Your  request  necessitates  a  search  through  a  large  quantity  of  official  information  and 
meeting the original time limit would unreasonably interfere with our operations. 
•  Consultations necessary to make a decision on your request are such that a proper response 
cannot be reasonably made within the original time limit.
