Thank you for your email of 23 March 2025 to Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities requesting the 
following information regarding properties managed or owned by Kāinga Ora in Auckland under the 
Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
A list or map of al  Kāinga Ora-owned or managed properties on Konini Road, Greenlane, 
Auckland, as of the latest available date. 
 
If providing exact addresses is restricted due to privacy concerns, please indicate whether any 
properties on Konini Road are part of your housing stock without specifying street numbers. 
 
As of 28 February 2025, Kāinga Ora manages and owns 20 properties on Konini Road in Greenlane, 
Auckland. Al  these properties are occupied and used for social housing. 
Due to privacy concerns, we do not provide street numbers therefore, I am refusing this aspect of your 
request under section 9(2)(a) of the Act, to “protect the privacy of natural persons.” Where information 
has been withheld, I do not consider the public interest in making the information available outweighs 
the need to withhold it.   
For future developments, Kāinga Ora have created an interactive map which can be found within the 
link for each Local Board listed on our website which includes the Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board 
(Maungakiekie Subdivision) for Konini Road, Greenlane, Auckland. This is available here:
