I would like to request a organisational chart for your national WorkSafe Inspectorate
including the new Area Manager positions that have recently been advertised, the positions
they report to and the direct report positions reporting to the Area Manager.
I would also request you include any investigations teams or specialist inspectorate teams
that complete investigations and compliance work outside of the general inspectorate
investigation work.
