Dear Mr Lamusse 
I refer to your email of 21 August 2015, in which you requested further information about the meeting of 
Council to set student fees for 2016 (the “fee-setting meeting”). The University’s response fol ows: 
When will [the location of the fee-setting meeting] be determined? 
 
The location of the fee-setting meeting has now been decided. 
 
If this has been determined in the interim, I ask again: where wil  the 2016 fee-setting meeting be held? 
 
As stated in the University’s response of 21 August 2015, the fee-setting meeting will be held in Auckland. 
The precise physical location of the meeting is withheld under s 6(d) of the Official Information Act, as 
making this information available would be likely to endanger the safety of persons. I note that the fee-
setting meeting wil  be streamed live on the University’s website and broadcast live in the Fale Pasifika 
building. 
 
Right to seek investigation and review 
The University has partially refused your request. You have the right to seek an investigation and review of 
this refusal by way of a complaint to an Ombudsman under s 28(3) of the Official information Act.
