“Having made a complaint to Immigration, via Mr Brian Williams,, initially in May of 2014, 
concerning fraud at The International Academy of New Zealand (IANZ) in its practices at 
every level from enrollment to attendance fraud, fraudulent hours of attendance and 
workplace practices including, but not confined to, employment practices where former 
students were subsequently employed to tutor in breech of immigration requirements as to 
work hours, I am requesting an update of the latest findings by your Ministry as they relate 
to this TEO and its current status.”
