I  write  in  response  to  your  Official  Information  Act  Request  dated  14  October  2015.    You 
requested the following information: 
 
  In  response  to  the  information  released  by  the  Ministry  of  Health  detailing  that  SRS 
provider selection will be determined by District Health Boards and their specialists (see the 
releases  for  https://fyi.org.nz/request/3088‐sexual‐reassignment‐surgery‐funding  and 
https://fyi.org.nz/request/3168‐overseas‐grs‐providers),  I  request  any  information  held  by 
this DHB on prospective Male‐to‐Female sexual reassignment surgery providers 
 
 
 
My request is for information including but not limited to correspondence with prospective 
providers, assessments of providers or correspondence with other DHBs or specialists. 
 
Counties  Manukau  Health  does  not  hold  any  information  on  prospective  Male‐to‐Female  sexual 
reassignment surgery providers.
