1 February 2016.  You originally requested the information from the Ministry of Justice on 
29 January 2016 but the Ministry transferred your request to Inland Revenue for  reply.  
You asked: 
On  how  many  occasions  have  individuals  been  pursued  through  the  Australian 
Courts due to an outstanding New Zealand student loan debt? 
To date there have been 12 student loan debt cases filed in Australian Courts and nine 
judgements issued.
