Thank you for contacting  Auckland  Transport  on  18  July  2016  requesting  CCTV footage at Khyber 
Pass on 1 June 2016 at approximately 5:00pm.   
The information you are seeking is overly broad and under Section 10(2) of the LGOIMA a request for 
information must be specified with due particularity.  Please provide us with the exact location of the 
incident (intersection, landmark or address) so that we may process your request.   
Please note that CCTV footage is usually held for 5 to 7 days and can only be provided directly to the 
NZ Police upon receipt of a request from them.   
Once we are in  receipt of your information  and  confirm that  footage is still held, we will  save the 
footage awaiting the Police request. 
Your request will remain on hold for 20 working days and if we have not received clarification  within 
this time the request will be closed. 
We trust this information has clarified the process however you have the right in accordance with 
section 27(3) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA) to make 
a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman if you are not satisfied with our response.
