Thank you for contacting Auckland Transport on 5 October 2016 requesting information on the traffic 
conditions at the intersection of Victoria Street and Queen Street, on 11 September 2016 at approximately 
8:00am. 
The CCTV camera at the intersection referred to above points to the southern side of Queen Street. Our review 
of the footage confirmed that, where the camera is pointing, traffic was flowing as normal with no noteable 
congestion on the date and time noted above. 
We trust this information has addressed the matters raised however you have the right in accordance with 
section 27(3) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA) to make a 
complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman if you are not satisfied with our response.
