Thank you for contacting KiwiRail on 9 December 2016.  Your request for the following information was referred 
to Auckland Transport on 27 january 2017 for a direct response.
Also what will happen to the ADK/ADB class now that the sale has fallen through? 
AT can advise that with regard to the sale of ADK/ADB class of carriages, the sale has not fallen through.  The 
carriages are berthed at Mt Maunganui while sale and shipping arrangements are finalised.  
We  trust  the  information  has  addressed  the  matters  raised  however,  should  you  believe  that  we  have  not 
responded appropriately to your request, you have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA to  
make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman to seek an investigation and review in regard to this matter.
