A redacted copy of Volume 1 of the Rail Level Crossing Grade Separation Feasibility Final Report of 
12 December 2014 is attached.  Some information within Volume 1 has been redacted and Volume 2 
has been withheld in accordance with section 7(2)(i) of the Local Government Official Information and 
Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA).
