Thank you for contacting Auckland Transport on 9 February 2017 requesting footage of an incident that 
occurred  on  the  on-ramp  of  the  south-west  motorway  in/off  Massey  Road  between  11.00am  and 
12.00pm on Sunday 29 January 2017. 
 
Auckland Transport does have a camera at this location however footage is only held for 5 days.  Your 
request for footage is therefore refused under section 17(e) of the Act as the footage requested does 
not exist. 
Should  you  believe  that  we  have  not responded  appropriately  to  your  request,  you  have  the  right in 
accordance  with  section  27(3)  of  the  Local  Government  Official  Information  and  Meetings  Act  1987 
(LGOIMA) to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsmen to seek an investigation and review of 
the decision
