As part of ICMP assessment, we have done quite a lot of investigations and prepared action plans, and now working on those.

Detailed agenda and background info will follow but the steps will be as follows:


1. Discuss the issue and show the most recent examples of this
2. Discussion of long term vs short term objectives
3. Question storming of approaches that could be used (some ideas to start with include online storage, off line storage, low pressure systems, larger pipes)
4. Agree the proposed way forward and how we treat current applications


We want to get a preferred approach that we can take to the client councils and discuss. It was intended to have WCC at the meeting but due to scheduling constraints that hasn’t work.
