Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 23 March 2017
We write in relation to your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 23 March 2017;
I would like to request any information held by your organisation describing;
- The percentage difference in the average wage across your organisation, broken down by pay
bracket.
Due to the consultations regarding your request that are necessary to be undertaken, Callaghan
Innovation will not be able to respond within the original timeframe set out in the Official Information
Act 1982 (OIA) of 20 working days. Callaghan Innovation has decided to extend the time limit for
responding to your request pursuant to section 15A 1(b) of the OIA. You will receive a reply to your
request no later than Friday 5 May 2017, or earlier if possible.
You have the right under section 28(3) of the Official Information Act to seek an investigation and
review by the Ombudsman of our decision to extend the time limit for responding to your request.
