Thank you for your email
of 24 April 2014 requesting the following information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):
1) Can I please have a copy of the Terms of Reference or equivalent that was approved for the
Advanced Bus Solution Study and Report?
2) Can I please have a copy of the tender documents or equivalent that were issued in order to
engage the consultants for the Advanced Bus Solution Study and Report?
3) Can I please have a copy of the contract signed to engage the consultants for the Advanced Bus
Solution Study and Report?
4) Can I please have a copy of the NZTA meeting agenda's and minutes (including any supporting
presentations and/or reports) between NZTA and the consultants for the Advanced Bus Solution
Study and Report?
5) Can I please have a copy of the NZTA meeting agenda's and minutes that accepted the final
version of Advanced Bus Solution Study and Report?
6) Can I please have a copy of the NZTA Board meeting agenda's and minutes (including any
supporting presentation and/or reports) that where the decision to support "a staged, integrated
transition from bus to light rail transit from the Airport to the city centre" was made ?
I would prefer the information was provided in its complete and original format. I would also prefer
that all correspondence on this OIA request be via the FYI web site. Finally, can the NZTA please
acknowledge this OIA request?
On 23 May 2017 you were sent the information in response to question five. It was explained the
remainder of the information would be sent to you by 21 June 2017 as additional time was needed due
to the large quantity of information that was requested and the consultation time that was needed.
Some of the information you have requested can only be accessed via a specialised programme and is
impracticable to provide to you in any other format. This information is the transport model. It forms a
part of the tender documents requested. In accordance with section 16(1)(a) of the Act, this
information is made available for your inspection at a mutually acceptable time to be arranged with the
