Official Information request - Tertiary programmes and qualifications
Dear New Zealand Qualifications Authority,
Under the Official Information Act 1982, could I please request al documents that the New Zealand Qualifications
Authority ("Authority") holds, that discuss:
(1) the obligations and processes that universities must comply with to ensure that changes to existing programmes
and qualifications are clearly communicated to, and wil not negatively impact upon, students currently enrol ed in
those existing programmes and qualifications; and
(2) the obligations and processes that universities must comply with to ensure that the requirements and
assessment of any programme or qualification are clearly communicated to it students.
