Thank you for your email to the NZ Transport Agency of 23 November 2017 requesting the following 
information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
• 
a copy of the "Scenario Development Spreadsheet" referred to in [Design Workstream Note 2 – 
Scenario Longlist Development] 
 
• 
a copy of the information related to the "third and final workshop in this long listing process" 
[described in Memo: Long List MCA Assessment Workshop (30 November 2016]... [including] 
the workshop Agenda, workshop Minutes, any documentation sent out for the workshop, any 
documentation or presentations to the workshop and any meeting notes or reports from the 
workshop. 
 
As the Let’s Get Wellington Moving programme is a joint initiative between the Transport Agency, 
Wellington City Council and Greater Wellington Regional Council, I am responding to your request on 
behalf of the Transport Agency. 
 
The Scenario Development Spreadsheet referred to in Design Workstream Note 2 – Scenario Longlist 
Development is available online at http://getwellymoving.co.nz/assets/Documents/Scenario-
Development/Long-List-Scenario-Development.pdf. I am therefore refusing this part of your request 
under section 18(d) of the Act, as the document is publicly available online. 
 
A third and final workshop in the long listing process was not carried out as originally planned. I am 
therefore refusing this part of your request under section 18(e) of the Official Information Act, as the 
document alleged to contain the information requested does not exist.
