Date of Display:  19 October 2017 (alternate weather date 4 November 2017) 
Agreement Conditions – No alteration to event details as per your application received 
by e-mail on 22 September 2017.  Display must be able to be viewed prior to use. 
Al  conditions of your application and the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 
1996 and the Hazardous Substances  (Classes 1 to 5 Controls) Regulations 2001 must 
be met. 
The Area Manager for the Counties Manukau Fire Area hereby agrees to the above 
display in accordance with the Hazardous Substances (Classes 1 to 5 Controls) 
Regulations 2001, Regulation 39 (2) or 44 (2). 
The agreement is subject to the above ‘agreement conditions’.  If such conditions are not 
met, or continued to be met then this agreement is deemed to be withdrawn and you 
must seek a new approval from the Chief Fire Officer.
