Thank you for contacting Auckland Transport (AT) on 26 January 2018 requesting the following: 
CCTV footage for 267 Bus on 26 January 2018 at 8.20 am
AT does not hold any CCTV footage for the above date and time specified as there are no CCTV 
cameras installed on the relevant 267 bus service. We therefore refuse your request under section 
17(e) of the LGOIMA as the footage you are requesting does not exist. 
We trust this information has addressed the matters raised however, should you believe that we have 
not responded appropriately to your request, you have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the 
LOGIMA to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman to seek an investigation and review in 
regard to this matter.
