       I hereby certify that the planning for the display meets the requirements of the Hazardous  
       Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 and the Regulations made under the Act. 
        
       Conditions 
The planning record of the display must be available for inspection by an enforcement officer not less  
than 3 days before the display. 
The person in charge must at least 3 days before the display notify an enforcement officer of the location,  
date of the display and the time and number of firings. 
The person in charge of the display must prepare a record of the display which includes any incidents  
that occur during the display. 
The person in charge of the display and the approved handler(s) in control of the pyrotechnics must  
comply with all relevant regulatory requirements. 
Special Conditions: Hazsubs may inspect display prior to firing. All notifications must be applied for and 
approved including and not limited too: Fire agreement, CAA Notam, Land Owners permission. Exclusion 
distances must be meet for all types of pyrotechnics and wind limits as per HSNOCOP30 and Control 
Regulations Classes 1-5.
