I refer to your official information request received on 13 February 2018,
Please release the following information, from 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017, broken down
by request:
•
The date and time at which the request was received.
•
The date and time at which the request was answered.
•
Whether or not the request was extended under section 15A of the OIA.
o
If the request was extended, the date and time at which notice of the
extension was communicated to the requester.
o
If the request was extended, the duration of the extension.
•
The outcome of the request (e.g. all information released, transferred to another
agency).
The Official Information Act 1982 requires that we advise you of our decision on your
request no later than 20 working days after the day that we received your request.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit and we are, therefore, writing to
notify you of an extension of the time to make our decision, to 23 March 2018.
We will keep you updated on the progress of our response to your request.
This extension is necessary because your request necessitates a search through a large
quantity of information and meeting the original time limit would unreasonably interfere
with our operations.
