Local Government Official Information and Meetings  Act (1987) request for 
information on name of tenders for Dunedin’s LED retrofit 
 
I  refer  to your official information request dated 12  August  2018  asking for  the full list of 
businesses / suppliers who applied for tender to supply and install LED streetlights for Dunedin, 
as wel  as the types of lights offered, including specification details that list the brand name, 
type of luminaire, the CCT, colour spectrum, S/P ratio if available, their light distribution, 
whether they are shielded or not, and their cost.   
 
I am sorry that we are unable  to provide you with the information requested as the tender 
process does not close until 12 September 2018.  Therefore, we are declining your request 
under section 17(e) of the LGOIMA that the document al eged to contain the  information 
requested does not exist. 
 
Once the process is completed we will review your request.
