Request for information OIA 2018-245 
I  refer  to  your  request  for  information  dated  15  September  2018,  which  was  received  by  Greater 
Wellington  Regional  Council  (GWRC)  on  15  September  2018.  You  have  requested  the  following 
information: 
“Please could I have copies of any MOU between the council and any animal rescue organisations 
both currently and historically in place?” 
GWRC’s response follows. 
GWRC does not hold any information within the scope of your request. Your request has therefore 
been  refused  in  accordance  with  section  17(e)  of  the  Local  Government  Official  Information  and 
Meetings Act 1987 (the Act) on the ground that the requested information does not exist.   
If you have any concerns with the decision(s) referred to in this letter, you have the right to request 
an investigation and review by the Ombudsman under section 27(3) of the Act.
